The bathrooms were dirty stuff was broken the beds were very uncomfortable it was not maintained properly for being a hotel I’m very disappointed in this stay! I will never book there again!!!

VERY ANGRY

I was there for three nights. On our 2nd morning at 9:00 one of the male housekeepers came in our room. Did not knock or anything. It wasn’t even close to check out time plus we were not leaving until the NEXT day. Why was this man entering our room. All he could say was so sorry. I do not think he understood English. Figures. We spoke to the front desk and all they wanted to do was offer us a free bottle of juice. Like that will just make it ok. They are lucky I didn’t call the police. We left a day early and I really hope Hotels.com will make this right. We will see. This man had no business at all coming into our room while we’re were half asleep. Unless he was looking for something.

It was a good stay. The only thing I didn't like, was the fact that one of the Queen beds had cigarette burns on the cover of the mattress.

My dog and I were welcome there and received friendly service throughout our stay. The room and lobby were clean and fridge and microwave were in great condition. The lumpy pillows would be the only thing I’d change.

Called at 5:23 to cancel reservation and was told that had to be done by 4! That's the check in time! I booked because I wasn't sure if I could get up my road because of the major snow storm. When I was able I called right away. There was no mention of this policy during the booking process.

We called in to let them know we'd be in late. Front desk was pleasant to speak to, and they kept our room reserved. Check-in was simple. We got to our room and everything seemed decent. Beds were soft, the a/c unit worked fine, and overall it was peaceful. We had a good nights rest. There is a gas station next door and a few fast food places within walking distance to grab a bite to eat if you need to. This place was a nice place to stay at for the price.
