The room was quite outdated, with the flooring being the only feature that appeared recently updated. The sheets were clean, although we chose to use our own.
The property could benefit from some landscaping and general interior updates. The bathroom would be more functional with a few wall hooks for towels and clothing. The air conditioning unit was very old, dusty, and appeared overdue for maintenance.
There were quite a few mosquitoes around the property. It would also be helpful to provide a drip coffee maker, a small table for eating, and additional hooks in the closet area for hanging clothes and personal items.
Overall, the stay was adequate, but several relatively simple improvements could make the accommodations much more comfortable and welcoming.
