Location is great, easy access to Spanish Steps, and much more, but it is a Lundy street with a stream of traffic in the day, and loud folks in the night. Nothing that can be controlled. Staff were very kind. We liked the place very much but had difficulty with the electric door lock to our room, and the power must have been blown at 1:30am-2:45 when neighbors came back but was fixed without delay. I would return with a lesson on how the door locks.

First I had to climb a very steep staircase. I did not see that on the site. The woman helped me after I said I could not bring my suitcases up the stairs myself. The room was dark and the bathroom was across the hall! There was no light in the corridor, so I used my phone to go from the bedroom to the bathroom. Not acceptable. They did give me a robe and slippers and the woman ordered a taxi for the morning. In the morning, there was no one to help with the suitcases. And it wasn’t cheap!

Muy bien situado, muy cerca de la Fontana de Trevi. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. La habitación y el baño en general bien, pero hay algunas cosas que mejorar, como el agua caliente que salía prácticamente fría, que no hubiese microondas y la cocina era muy lenta, no reciclan y se usa mucho plástico, y una de las camas estaba hundida.

Good location with a lot of character. Great restaurants nearby. However, for that character we paid with comfort. The bathroom was large and the amenities looked new. However, it smelled of mold, the toilet seat is attached wrong, and the water for the shower & bath was lukewarm at best. Not worth the price we paid. Also, no breakfast is included if you book through expedia (although it's just a coffee & croissant from a place nearby).

Prima bnb. Locatie fantastisch, ontvangst prima, ondanks dat we pas om 24.00 op de bestemming waren. Rustige locatie op een steenworp van de Spaanse trappen. De Wi-Fi was prima. De gordijnen mogen wel iets dikker, het was vrij licht 's nachts.

Close to the tourist area.

Many things within walking distance. We did have our own bathroom but not in the room, had to lock and unlock doors to use it. No elevators, you will have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. Very clean and updated. Only Italian on TV. This was one of the better places we stayed at.

Fue una estadía muy gratificante. Todo fue perfecto. La ubicación está ahí nomás de la plaza barberini, a unas cuadras de la fontana Di Trevi, cerca del transporte público, muy cómodo. El cuarto posee cocina, por lo que nos hizo ahorrar bastante a la hora de salir a comer. Lo mejor fue el personal, muy atento y amable. Siempre nos hicieron sentir de lo mejor. La limpieza excelente. Muy recomendable.

Sehr zentral gelegen hat es uns Spaß gemacht dort zu wohnen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber. Das Bett leider etwas zu weich für unseren Geschmack. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer Tasse Kaffee und einem Hörnchen - die Buchung kann man sich sparen. Direkt um die Ecke an der "Piazza Barberini" gibt es ein tolles Frühstücks Café. Am Abreisetag konnten wir problemlos unser Gepäck bis am späten Nachmittag dort lagern. Fazit: wurden jederzeit wiederkommen !

Clean room. Check in was easy and friendly. Amazing restaurant about a 3 minute walk away named Osteria Barberini. Highly recommend dinner or lunch. Allowed us to leave our bags after checkout for free. Very comfy bed.

Hotel à fuir

Nous avons attendu plus d'une demi heure à la porte de ce pseudo hôtel. Une dame nous a ensuite accueillis froidement. Aucune marque de sympathie, limite agressive. nous avons payé pour le petit déjeuner et la dame nous informe que finalement il n'y en a pas. Très décevant. Nous apercevons ensuite que la salle de bain n'est pas dans la chambre. Le site est vraiment trompeur car les photos ne corresponde pas. L'eau de la douche à peine tiede... De plus elle a refusé que l'on paye les taxes de séjour en carte bancaire, n' acceptant que le cash. Ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel. Vraiment pas clean!! Très déçue. Malgré tout nous avons passe un bon séjour à Rome même si la partie hébergement à tout gâché.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay! Loved the room, loved the location. It's very close to the metro and literally around the corner from the Spanish Steps, but it's on a side street so it was typically very quiet. Staff were great. The room had a small kitchenette with pots, pan, plates, etc which was great. Perfect if you wanted to cook something quickly. I would definitely stay there again.
