Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and parking was decent. Lots of transient people around yelling late at night and hanging out in the parking lot. Was booked for 3 nights but left after the second night due to water main break. No water for the entire motel. Asked the front desk if there was a time for the water to be back on and he said city is working on it and it will be on when they are done. We had 2 rooms there and needed to shower and get ready for a dinner party. We left and checked into another hotel. We asked for a credit, but he said sorry you weren’t back by 11, so we can’t credit you for the room. Disappointing.

We were here for 3 nights and the rooms had roaches at least 3 of them we saw. The WiFi did not work at all the whole time we were there and I work remote so I had to work elsewhere In my 2nd night there was very loud music playing late. The staff was wonderful tho very nice. The bathroom was cleaned with something that made the floors very slippery when wet and my toddler fell. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was clean but the sheets had cigarette burn marks even when our room was smoker free. The mini fridge was rusted and they had no coffee machines.

When we first got there the room smelled like smoke. I went down to the office twice and to verify that it was a non-smoking room. But I found out there's smoking designated areas right outside the room. I asked for different room but they said they were booked. There was no hot water or coffee machine in the room so had to go down to the office to get hot water for making tea. The refrigerator leaked all over on the floor. The floor you could tell it's not in good shape. The bed and pillow was comfortable, the room appeared to be clean. I like that it had a table to sit at in the room. It was not easy to control the temperature in the room. The room was very cold first night, my husband froze. We had to turn the system totally off for a day to be able to get it to a nice temperature.

The pool featured was fiilled in with dirt and sand. No water. Laundry was a mess with only one machine working and dirty all over the floor. Homeless people set up in cars around property and consumed complimentary coffee.
