Property is in a great location if you want to be in a central part of the city. Very close to a train station. Room was a little small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was convenient. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel location was great. Loads of shopping nearby. Lovely hotel very comfortable. Would stay again. Only complaint is that when I asked for a recommendation for a facial looking for more of a luxury Korean experience the only recommendation I got was a regular Korean facial but short on luxury and 3flights up with no elevator. I think it would be helpful if staff had knowledge of places to recommend.
