Unfortunately you get what you pay for. No air conditioning just a fan. The second night we stayed the TV didn’t work and the staff, Abigail, said they would have to look into it the next day. This was 9:00 pm. No one to help at 9pm. Ridiculous! I would recommend this hotel if you are just sleeping and leaving the next day.

La habitación estaba sucia, el personal no es amable, la comida no es nada buena y de muy poca porción, les falta mucho personal. Mi hijo olvidó su celular en el comedor y se quisieron hacer los desatendidos, aún cuando yo vi el video de seguridad donde el personal de noche lo tomó. Al final me resolvieron por qué lamentablemente yo ya había visto la prueba. Habían apagado el celular y cuando me lo regresaron estaba prendido y le faltaban las stickers que tenía mi hijo en el. Lo trataron de desbloquear lo más seguro. Pésimo hotel. Jamás volvería y no lo recomiendo.

Excelente instalaciones, buena atencion, pero el proceso de envio de facturas es un poco complicado. La de hospedaje te la atienden rapido, pero las del restaurant, te toman los datos y tienes que recordar en recepcion, si no no te llegan.

La habitación 428 excelente tamaño y espacios adecuados para persona que usa silla de ruedas. Ruido: No pudimos dormir, a unos metros se encuentra un centro nocturno con sonido sumamente fuerte y apagó su música después de las 4:30 am. Limpieza: algunas juntas del azulejo del baño tienen moho le hace falta lavado a las cortinas. No hay forma de subir del estacionamiento al lobby con silla de ruedas, hay que salir por la calle y subir por rampas sumamente inclinadas.
