The location is super convenient, very close to train station which makes it very easy for us to travel with luggages; close to all jids of transportations for skiing and walking distance to the cemter of village. Hotel itself is very comfortable with great layout and good storage in the room. Fantastic breakfast selections and the onsite ski rental makes it very easy for us.

Free buffet breakfast is good.Two of my friends had birthdays and I asked them if they could prepare a birthday cake.They did and with balloons.Our room with balcony has a view of Matterhorn ,it’s so beautiful.The staff are very friendly and helpful.We even had a dinner at their hotel.

We tried the restaurant, very expensive and the food was not good . You are better finding a different restaurant in town. The room was ok nothing spectacular, . The location was good close to the train station and downtown .Staff could be more friendly. The hotel did not have a big place to just sit down and relax , they have a small living room. The hotel is updated and well appointed. The rooms are small but optimized with storage. We had adjacent rooms with our teenage girls that connected along the outside balconies. The hotel is near the train station which was great upon arrival and departure. There is minimal noise from the train station that I only heard when the balcony door was ajaf. So, if you are a light sleeper, then request a room away from that section. The staff and breakfast were great.

Pretty hotel in the centre of Zermatt. The hotel facilities were great, really happy with the pool and sauna. Nearby dining options were plenty and great quality. Didn’t initially know Zermatt was car free but the shuttle from Täsch was easy and there was plenty of parking.
