The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning decor and a lovely atmosphere. However, our overall experience was marred by a lack of customer service.
During our stay, we asked one of the front desk staff members to take a photo of us, but she barely acknowledged us—she simply took the phone, snapped the picture, and returned it without any engagement. We expressed our gratitude, but she simply nodded in response.
We also rented a cabana, but unfortunately, we were never approached by staff to take our drink orders. Instead, we had to go up to the front ourselves to get our own drinks, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, we were not informed at check-in that we would need to give a 24-hour notice for room service, which would have been helpful to know.
Overall, the experience with customer service left much to be desired. It's a shame because the hotel itself is lovely and has great potential.
