Plenty of room in the gite and the bedrooms nicely done but the kitchen area was sparse and a bit unappealing (not the most comfy environment).

Arrivés vers 14h45, nous avons du patienter jusqu'à 16h alors qu'il est indiqué sur internet et dans les mails reçus que l'accueil se fait à partir de 14h. La femme de ménage nous a expliqué que c'était à cause d'un manque de personnel... Autant changer l'heure sur le net dans ce cas. Ensuite, au niveau du logement, poussière et toiles d'araignées présentes un peu partout. Vaisselle très limitée : 4 verres pour un logement pour 6. Une petite poêle seulement etc... L'eau trouble dans les verres avec des sous-marins dedans donc vaisselle avant de pouvoir s'en servir. Eau de la douche brûlante même lorsque l'on baisse le thermostat à fond. Donc dangereux. Bref... ça va pour une nuit. L'hôtel semble avoir passé son heure de gloire depuis un moment.

Unfortunately the room and the hotel did not meet our expectations. The room had a very strong humid smell, caused by the vapors generated by the nuclear plant located very near by. We had no previous knowledge of how close the hotel was to that plant

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de flexibilité pour le client : par ex pas possible de faire de petit ajustement de plat dans les menus du restaurant, pas de possibilité d'avoir une facture divisée par collègue pour répartir la boisson de table, ou obligé d'insister pour avoir une facture de l'hôtel...

WE chateau de Guedelon

nous étions avec notre petit fils de 3 ans pour aller au château de Guedelon. Nous avons bien été reçu, nous avions un lit adapté à notre petit fils. Seul petit pb au repas du soir le menu enfant ne comportait pas les classique du soir : pates purée ou frites. Il n'est pas mort de fin pour autant avec l'œuf coque en entrée et le yaourt fruit au dessert. Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel avec plaisir le cadre est superbe et l'accueil très agréable.

Hotel d'une propreté remarquable. le décore est vraiment agréable et reposant. Le petit déjeuné sur la terrasse, est dépaysant. Le repas du soir au restaurant était excellant, malgré notre arrivée tardive. Un sans faute pour nous. Il n'y avait pas de promesses non tenues.

Attention vue sur CENTRALE NUCLÉAIRE

Arrivée samedi 10/10/20 a 17h30 et personne a la réception juste 1 enveloppe. Depuis la chambre on se rend compte qu avant d avoir vu sur le canal on a vu sur le parking avec en toile de fond une centrale nucléaire donc grosse déception et bien évidemment ce n est pas indiqué dans le descriptif de.l hotel. On appel pour information sur le restaurant, et là on nous annonce qu il est fermé, nous étions avec notre fils de 2 ans, donc c est un peu moyen, nous avons du allez faire des courses au supermarché du village et dîner froid dans la chambre. Les joints dans la douche étaient marron, grosses tâches sur le tapis rouge et traces de frottement sur le mur blanc. Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix pour ce que c est, manger du gâteau industriel et très peu de choix, donc a eviter. Nous avons fait part de.nos remarques a la fin de notre séjour et on nous dit que l hôtel à envoyé un mail informant la fermeture du restaurant alors que ce n est pas le cas, et aussi on nous a confirmé que ce n était pas vendeur d indiquer la vue sur la centrale nucléaire, descriptif de.l hôtel mensonger. Un conseil passez votre chemin.

Excellent établissement

Excellent établissement où on se sent détendu dès l'arrivée par le jardin. Le cadre est ravissant (pelouse, végétation imposante, bassin d'eau...) le tout dans un calme total. Le confort est à la hauteur de la tranquillité des lieux avec en plus une qualité supérieure des mets qui vous sont proposés au restaurant. Il n'y a plus qu'a saluer la gentillesse et le dévouement des propriétaires pour vous engager à y aller sans hésitation.

hôtel très agréable avec un jardin qui donne envie de se prélasser. Bel emplacement au bord du canal avec un accès direct à ce dernier. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute. Proche de lieux touristiques (Sancerre, Briare et son pont canal, Gien le château de ST Fargeau ...)? Chambre confortable avec petite terrasse vue sur le jardin et le canal.
