We had such a wonderful experience at the Claremont Club while celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, there were so many thoughtful and unique touches that made our stay feel incredibly special. A sweet banner in our beautiful heritage room and a cheese tray to help curb our hunger from the drive in! The attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear that a lot of care went into creating a memorable experience for us. Everything felt personal, welcoming, and beautifully done. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary and would absolutely recommend the Claremont Club to anyone looking for a special getaway.

wonderful property with a beautiful view. Had difficulty with operating the television the espresso machine and did not understand what the symbols on the mirror meant in the bathroom. The staff were able to help us out a great deal with that, However, it would be helpful to have information available in the room for guests to use. We will be back.

Hotel was well located being a 10 min walk along the lakefront to Picton town centre. Lobby area was impressive and hotel amenities very good. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was well appointed, modern and clean, as was the bathroom. Balcony/terrace overlooking the lake was a bonus. Parking was good with your own designated space. Excellent. We would stay again.

I am SO happy that we came across this spot while we visited Picton for our anniversary. I will 100% try and stay here for all future Picton visits, we loved it! The rooms are so beautifully designed, the entire hotel and all of the amenities were very well taken care of and clean, and the staff are extremely welcoming and hospitable! The views of the harbour from the harbourfront rooms was so peaceful even with the rain that we had. Gorgeous spot, we will absolutely be back!

The lobby and room were exceptionally clean! Such a good spot for a little getaway - great design choices, room had a nice view, and the staff were friendly. The heated bathroom floors in the room were a nice touch. Pool change rooms were nice, but pool is pretty deep (5 ft all around) and water was not heated. Really appreciated the complimentary EV charging, mini fridge, and Nespresso/tea in room!

We had a wonderful stay at Claramont Club with our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were especially kind to our toddler, which we really appreciated. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and new. Having an EV charger right on the property was also a huge bonus for us and made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights for our toddler was having breakfast at the bakery every morning and enjoying his chocolate croissant. He also absolutely loved the pool and the large outdoor terrace, which gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the property as a family. Overall, we had a great experience and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We would happily come back!

The room is spacious, well designed and supplies creamers, coffee, water and pops for their guests. The bed and linens are luxurious. The staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is wonderful. The restaurant and cafe are both very good and tasty and the location is perfect for visiting The County.
