We had a wonderful stay at Landing, Salt Lake City. The property was new, very clean, and well maintained. The two-bedroom unit was spacious and convenient, and the strong security measures made us feel safe throughout our stay.

The complex was clean and comfortable. Parking was off street and sometimes inconvenient. Great location to restaurants.

The property was great. There is a gentleman working there (Tommy D) who took care of everything we needed. He was super responsive - really he is a real asset to this property!

Facility is very nice the only hang ups we had were just figuring out what key fob opened what doors. But once we got that set everything was very smooth

This place was in a convenient location for a great price. There was a bit of a hiccup at check-in but the host answered promptly and fixed it. The 2 bedroom was roomy and very comfortable. The property was clean and the pool and rooftop game room was nice. Sometimes there wasn’t very much street parking but it all worked out.

The check in process requires you to use an app that is horrible. The water was turned off during the stay and was supposed to be turned on the next day. We had to find another hotel with water for one night. No water is a dealbreaker/ after all was said and done, it came back after a few hours but at that point I was in our new hotel.

It was a great stay overall, but the check-in instructions could be improved, as other guests have mentioned. The process would be much smoother with clearer, simpler, step-by-step instructions provided in order. Other than that, the place was super clean, felt luxurious, and offered great value for the price. I will definitely come back again.

Parking could be better. If you have street parking there's a chance that you may not have anywhere to park. Finding the room is confusing. Three rooms are not numerically ascending. Had to use the map to figure out where our room is. Key fobs to enter rooms/lock rooms was quite different and confusing until shown how to do it.

I loved my stay at The Hendrey through the Landing properties. The beginning was confusing with the emails and downloading the app, but the property was VERY nice, clean, and convenient. The concierge on property was very responsive and Very nice!!! The property description said that it had a pool and hot tub, but when I got there they were closed and not usable. That was frustrating since that was one of the main reasons I picked this place to stay. Also while I was there they had to turn off the water during the day a couple of days due to on site construction. There were some bumps, but truly the unit and property was extremely nice!!!! I would definitely stay there again!!!!

The apartment is brand new and comfortable, very accessible to the downtown, transportation by Uber is cheap or walking distance, but pretty dark at night. It feels like being home… the only problem is the Landing app that didn’t give me the access to get the information on how to get the keys to enter the apartment since everything is virtual… I was lucky to meet a couple who also rented an apartment and they guided me through the process of getting my keys… other than that issue, it is a nice place to stay.

Very clean apartment, getting in was a little bit of a challenge, the instructions were not clear. I did eventually figure it out. The property management was not available on Sunday. However were very helpful on Monday securing a parking space. So if you want a parking space that isn’t on the street contact them by phone prior to your arrival

Love the apartment! Unfortunately we had a few problems with our stay. First the pool and hot tub were not available. Then the parking garage has puddles of water like they were having a problem with plumbing. The parking pass that allows you to get into the garage almost never worked. We were stuck outside on Easter because we could not reach anyone and security wasn’t working.

Propert is clean and modern with gold facilities. Blinds in second bedroom are ill fitting. Check-in was difficult. We followed the instructions but the screen on the lockbox was stuck in settings mode. We had to leave the building to get reception in order to call customer support for guidance on how to reset. Bedrooms and bathrooms are locked by pressing a button inside the door. The lock on our master bedroom door was engaged when we arrived, which we were unaware of. It's possible to close the door from the outside, even when the lock is engaged on the inside. We closed the door to stop our toddler wandering. That night we realised the door was locked. We called the hospitality manager who said this has happened before with bathrooms and that he was 1.5 hours away with pins to unlock the doors in this scenario. I pointed out that we could have put our toddler to bed without knowing the door lock was engaged, unknowingly locking him in the room with no way to unlock the door from the outside until he arrived. He was very apologetic and indicted he would put pins in all apartments to unlock doors in the event a child gets locked in a room. Another day, we were in the apartment having lunch when we discovered a man sitting on the floor in the hallway painting out apartment door. We were given no notice he would be there, and found it disturbing that someone would sit outside the door like that able to hear our private conversations without notifying us of their presence
