I will start with the positives. Location good, away from all the madness but close enough to enjoy it during the day. Overal hotel is modern & somewhat clean, staff efficient and friendly. Shower powerful Beds comfortable, wardrobe good size. Kitchen procided is good. Negatives: extremley small hotel, pool at the enterance, pool extremley cold- icey! There is no playground, it is 1 slide at the front gate next to a main road same area as pool. Very dangerous for kids. Balcony doors in our room, did not lock, along with a washer room door beside the kitchen, that let in a draft. There was mould from the air con vent and under the pull out bed was extremley dirty with vapes and other items underneath. Travel cot for baby was filthy and no additional matress provided. Just the hard padded mat that comes with it that was actually ripped and broke in half. Child ended up with bites on his legs. Had to use spare duvet as a matress base. Room was cleaned as scheduled however, bins were not removed, unnaceptable when it comes to bins being there more than 4 days, especially with baby diapers etc. In my opinion wasnt good value for money. It was an okay stay as i didnt let these things bother me and ruin our trip but i certainly wouldnt return.

Great apartments for a quieter stay but still walkable distance to everything. The apartments are huge and have so much space with a huge balcony to match. Bed was really comfy and the bathroom looked brand new. Will definitely be back.

Great spot, very clean, cupboard in between the 2 single beds wasnt fixed to the wall properly, exposing wires for the sockets. Had older kids in there is no issue. Great staff too. All in all fantastic.

The hotel is fairly new, convenient and the staff is very helpful and friendly. the Levante beach is a 5 min, 500 m walk downhill. Pool area was quite crowded and is not very cozy but clean and practical. Bar had reasonable prices (for Benidorm!). Room was spacious, very clean and AC was working fine. Nice beach view from window. Only minus were the slow elevators ;) and the fact that it is a bit of a walk to old town if you want to spend time there. We would definitely return if we are to come back to Benidorm!

Pleasantly suprised with this spacious apartment . Good quality appliances in the kitchen . Everything spotless. Lots of clean towels. Large balcony to enjoy a glass of wine on . Reception area / sofa area nice to have a drink from the bar . Reasonably prices . Limited bar snack menu . Communal air con switched off but it was November, still a warm night though . We only booked two nights to see a show .

There is nothing luxury in Levante lux

The building is in a poor condition, no ventilation in the bathroom. Elevator is shaking while going up. Dirty floors. Main problem- water pressure is changing while taking shower, water is changing the temperature as well from burning hot to cold - we couldn’t take a normal shower during our stay. Positive thing - staff is very helpful and friendly. Tip - avoid high floor accommodation- ventilation is very loud!

Lack of thought to practicalities

Good quiet and convenient location. Spacious apartment booked as 'superior'. Very basic layout, no hooks for towels, 2 mirrors but only 1 next to a socket. Wardrobe doors poorly fitted, didn't slide. No space for wife's longer dresses. Shower gushed all over floor, no plug for sink. Bed sheets had an embedded lingering odour of sweat, not mine! Staff friendly and professional but didn't advise of room safe charge at check in. On checkout asked about our deposit paid but wasn't asked for it at check in so no refund necessary. Fridge didn't look that clean but short stay so didn't use kitchen facilities. Welcome sink pack was nice touch
