Non consiglio questo hotel. Il bagno è fuori dalla camera e non era specificato nella descrizione dell’hotel quando ho prenotato! Anzi, altri hotel specificavano che il bagno fosse fuori dalla camera ed erano stati esclusi proprio per questo motivo! Le ragazze giovani alla reception erano tutte abbastanza gentili, mentre una signora è stata molto sbrigativa nella spiegazione, invece un signore avevo necessità di chiedergli informazioni sui bus che portano alle stazioni e non mi ha voluto aiutare, diceva che non lo sapeva , non poteva guardare a computer e darmi una mano? Deludente, tornerò a Londra ma sicuramente non in questo hotel!

When I booked I didn't realise their was no En-suite. On arrival we were told we could upgrade to it's sister hotel The Mitre right next door at a small extra cost. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. Parking was free on the forecourt directly outside the hotel door. And with it being weekend we were allowed to leave it on the day of departure. Check out was 11 a.m we finally departed 10 p.m. Great hotel for short stay, nothing fancy but we'll be returning next time we visit London.

The staff were all so nice and accommodating. They helped my sister and I get a taxi very quickly to the airport as we were in a rush. They always had someone at reception to give you the key to your room after a long day. The building was old but for a 2 night stay it was lovely. The beds were comfortable and very clean. Sharing facilities was not as difficult as I thought. Overall perfect for price!

‘-‘ The room was pretty run down and has definitely seen better years. The mattress of the bed was rather worn out, the carpeting was covered with stains and torn in places.

This was by far the worst hotel room I have ever been in. To get to the room there were 58-step stairs, the room itself looked like it was some kind of storage room, with only one working light fixture, a fluorescent lamp by the door. The window had to be open to get some air, because the room was so hot, and it did not cool at all during the night, even though it was cool outside, but then all the traffic noise got in the room also. The carpet was filthy, as well as windows, and the window sill was covered with pidgeon excrement. The reception services were in the neighbouring hotel, and the personnel there was nice. We were supposed to have the room for two nights, but for the second night we got (for a sum of money) another room in the neighbouring hotel. That was paradise compared to the first room at Fairways Hotel.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft fluchtartig verlassen! Es war so was von dreckig. Haben inkl. Frühstück dies gab es schon gar nicht. WC und Dusche auf dem Gang für alle, schmuddelig! Ein absoluter graus! Haben wie auch eine Mutter mit 2 Töchtern ein anderes Hotel gesucht und gebucht!

The location is great but people should be aware there are no lifts or airconditioning and the bathroom facilities are shared. I was there for four nights and the wifi was not working for one of them and the tiny tv didn’t work at all.

Yikes, this place is more than a bit run down- needs some updating and TLC. Staff was nice and location perfect for Paddington Station, but it's the sort of shared bathroom where you are quite certain there is nowhere safe to put your toothbrush down.
