不错，位置很好，旁边就是著名阿罗街，吃饭超方便，附近大型购物中心走路10分钟之内，步行双子塔方便，20分钟。不错，以后来，还住这里。这次住的是LOFT房型，树屋和汽车房，儿子超爱。

I stayed for 2 nights,this place is near monorail ,Alore street and the Pavilon Shopping Mall, it's convenient to get many places. The staff was kind and friendly. The room is clean and fashion, and there is cold and hot water just on the hallway.You need to prepare the toothbrush ,slippers and hairdryer by yourself. The room keeping also provide the hairdryer only you need pay 50RM cash pledge. The bed is soft and comfortable,although the towel and the bed sheet was a little dirty. In a word, I recommend YY38 hotel when you traveling the Kuala Lumpur.by thre way, the price is reasonable. I'll choose this hotel next time.

Awful service with front desk employees and Wi-Fi

If you just want to stay this hotel for 1-2 days sleeping purpose, you can book this hotel. This hotel has very good location with low price but their employees were unprofessional and rude. Rooms condition were really bad with boring TV channels. Please also do not expect their Wi-Fi service because that service is kind of like fraud. I talked with this hotels few guests and they felt disappointed its service.

飯店的管理層級人員有問題

飯店說會有無線網路可以使用, 但這卻是惡夢的開始, 入住後在房間收丕到訊號, 飯店人員說會處理, 後來回電說好了, 但房內還是沒訊號, 去櫃台問, 櫃台說有人去門口測過了有訊號, 天啊, 難不成叫我拿著手機或筆電坐在門口用嗎? 後來請他們問經理要怎麼處理, 因為經理己經下班了, 所以我就看他們在用電話溝通, 我就這樣站在櫃台快20分鐘, 後來把電話拿給我, 讓我跟經理講, 那位經理非常無理, 第一句話是問我"發生了什麼問題? 你覺得要怎麼處理呢?", 而且後來的對話中, 他是用不信任的語氣在跟我對話, 後來跟當地朋友約吃飯的時間己到, 就不想再跟他講了, 所以最後是沒有網路可用. 除了網路的事件之外, 另外也發現這家飯店的浴巾也很恐怖, 如果想要有白白飯店浴巾可用的朋友, 建議就不用來了.

算是價格合理的快捷旅店～

位於與阿羅街平行的另一條街上，樓下是一間有笑臉做標誌的便利店。第一次去不太好找，要問2－3個人才知道，最後我們是穿過黃亞華燒烤店對面的停車場，再右轉直走約3分鐘過去的；距離附近夜市和商場不遠～房間不大不小，牆壁有使用痕跡，check in要另付rm50押甲，借用吹風機也需另付rm50押金。下次再去的話，會想改住同一條街上的其他guesthouse，外觀看起來不錯～

Good location, so-so service.

Check-in was slow. The front desk could not find our booking in the first place and took a long time to rectify the issue. The matter was not well handled. The stay did not start well. Parking is limited on first-come-first-serve basis, which I can understand given the busy nature of the location.

Very dirty, bad service

Not good at all. Very dirty and I woke up the first night at 2 am covered in ants. I want to the reception and they sent a guy with a can of bug spray. He sprayed all over the room with us in there (yes enclosed space with bug spree) and then wanted to leave usin this room, even though he was coughing and retching because of the bug spray, i had to explain to him that it was unacceptable. They ended moving us to the room next door. I was so exhausted that i just went straight to bed. When we aksed for some kind of compensation the next day, they wouldn't ear a thing and didn't care at all about the horrible experience of the previous night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

最寄り駅までは少し遠いが、近くに屋台が出てるため、食事に困ることはない。コンビニも近くに2軒あり便利。 ロフト付きの部屋に宿泊したが、ベットが2台あるだけでテーブル、椅子は一切なし。 無料Wi-Fiはありがたかったが、つながりは悪かった。 従業員はとても親切で、好感が持てた。 ホテルに帰って寝るだけ、と割り切ればコストパフォーマンスはいいと思う。

Hotel with Basic Necessities Met

Stayed for a night in this hotel, which is located in Bukit Bintang and very near Jalan Alor, which is the night food street with the famous KL Hokkien Noodles as well as other delicious street food. It is quite near (walkable distance) to plenty shopping centres (e.g. Lot10, Low Yat Plaza etc.). Car parking is available outside the hotel but not much parking lots. For the price paid, I have to say the stay was acceptable. Basically, a hotel room with basic necessities you require but don't expect much. Good enough for travellers who will be out the whole day and only come back to the room for a night's sleep. The only major problem is the wifi which either takes to long to connect or the signal is terrible. Practically non-existent during my stay here.
