Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Room cleanliness was just OK but comfortable with good temperature control. Fairly quiet during the night except for the occasional semi engine-braking on the nearby interstate. Wife enjoyed the breakfast and said it was very good. Was told that the hotel is scheduled for a major renovation soon.

Quick Road Trip Stay

We were on a cross-country road trip and needed a place to stop for the night. The staff checked us in quickly when we got in, the room was super clean, and breakfast the next morning was great. Everything looked and felt fresh, clean, and modern.

Disappointed

The suite I was in seemed really run down. The sofa and ottoman material was peeling. The tv had a terrible signal so it was difficult to watch. The furniture (desk/table) was scuffed up. The carpet seemed dirty as well. I was very disappointed. I thought Hampton Inn’s were relatively nice hotels…

There was no heat in the room due to a broken heater. There was also not the possibility to change my room due to the hotel being fully sold out. This is my first experience lodging in a hotel in the middle of winter without hear. In the end I was give a portable heater but for more than $200 per night one would expect to have basic services like heat. I requently travel between Chicago and NYC, but I will not stay here again.

The choice is yours!

The eggs were right on.. The salsa perked them up. The waffle covered in the dried fruit was a treat. The variety of cereal and pastries was satisfying. Got me started for the day. The tea also had a good mix.

Exposed carpets tacks and ice cold pool

There were tack strips exposed by carpet peeling away from the bathroom door jam; we can to wear shoes while in room to avoid getting tetanus. Also, the pool was ice cold, but front desk staff said they couldn’t increase the temperature above the Hilton standard temperature. Good to know! I can avoid any Hilton in future during family trips.

I wasn’t allowed to check in just 45 minutes early, despite the room being ready. After traveling, that small accommodation would have made a big difference. Additionally, the pillows were not comfortable and seemed low in quality.
