Clean rooms, East check-in. The only downside is that it's right next to a major highway so it's a little loud. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. But otherwise it's a really excellent stay! I will likely book again if I need a hotel in cdmx

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious; the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was cooked and served immediately, which I enjoyed very much. However, some maintenance is needed; for example, the sink leaked, and the paint was chipping off the walls. The noise isolation wasn't very good; I could hear doors slamming quite often. But the location can't be beat. Polanco is amazing, and I was within walking distance of many places of interest and surrounded by nature, which I love. It was a good experience, but don't expect pristine quality.

The apart/hotel did not have a stocked kitchen (e.g pots, pans, utensils), it supplied us only with 2 sets of plates, bowls, 2 knives and 2 forks. No towels were in the room when we arrived, nor was there any toilet paper. The blinds were filthy. The mattress was hard. The water ran out for showers and restroom several times while we were there. No AC. Location however, was great. Walking distance to Chapultepec and to restaurants. We stayed out in the city the majority of the day so we werent stuck in the hotel We would have left the hotel but stayed because our first apart/hotel canceled on us day of arrival. This was our only choice for a 2 bedroom.

me pareció curioso que ahora la habitación que nos asignaron aunque fue por solo una noche, tenía dos habitaciones, lástima que nada mas eramos dos. el sillon que se encontraba en la salita de estar da la impresión de ser un sillón viejo de esos de los noventas que ya nadie quiere y que ahí lo acomodaron, aunque está cómodo (no lo voy a negar) da un poquito de desconfianza porque es tan abullonado y como de pana terciopelo que da cosa que te salga entre los pliegues alguna sorpresa y sí tiene un poquito olor a guardado. Por lo demás todo perfecto, una vez más nos encotramos al señor que está en la entrada policia, cuidador, lo mismo te recibe, aquí o en las otras propiedades de l'heritage, es muy servicial y buen elemento. La cocineta no la utilizamos y no se si tenga los enseres necesarios para cocinar.

Internet and cable TV were not working during the stay, although asking front desk for help, no attempts to fix or make anything different. Room had no dark curtains so it was very bright at dawn. Toilette was leaking so it was noisy. In the plus side, breakfast was really good

Entiendo que las sábanas están resguardadas no obstante sí es necesario mejorar la limpieza en las mismas. Percibí que fueron ocupadas pero no lavadas, particularmente en las almohadas, estaban guardadas pero percibí un hedor de sudor. No sé que gente llegue ahí, pero vestir bien, llevar automóvil caro no es sinónimo de higiene y tanto un turista nacional como algún arrogante extranjero porque parezca "limpio" no por eso no se laven las sábanas. Sólo ese detalle.
