Please do not fall for the hype around this “hotel”, the room I got was run down, holes/rips in the blanket, stank of sewage, the shower dripped, the toilet wasn’t sealed/was coming apart, the sink had no plug/stopper, there were ants in the bathroom, no ventilation. Yes, breakfast is included, yet they do not tell you that you have to walk a block to another of their “hotels” for it, no mini fridge, no room service, no telephone.

Great location. Room average but bathroom was very dirty in all corners. My towel had a huge hole in it, which they change after letting them know. Our sink didn't drain due to dirty pipes (the dirt and hair would flout around in the water that wouldn't drain). Poor lighting , no fan. Room description said it had kitchenette which ours didn't. ONLY good thing was the location.

Lo bueno: Excelente ubicacion, habitación amplia y personal amable. Lo malo: No había agua caliente por la mañana,; iluminación muy pobre en la habitación, eso hace difícil trabajar, rasurarse, maquillaje etc. La otra es que cosas tan simples y necesarias como el portador del papel higiénico están rotos.

Esta propiedad de la misma cadena l'heritage, le voy un poco más que al colonial aunque es un poco más pequeña la habitación, estuvo muy limpia y cómoda, un saludo al oficial, que lo mismo está para recibir huespédes, que para orientar que para cuidar, es un buen elemento y muy servicial, gracias. Y aunque hay que caminar una cuadra para el desayuno, no hay ninguna complicación.

La habitación tenía algunos detalles, como los cajones que estaban en mal estado, el cuarto tiene demasiada iluminación en las noches y cuesta trabajo conciliar el sueño. El personal nos atendió bien y con amabilidad. El desayuno es rico y te saca del apuro de tener que buscar algo que comer, aunque se ofrece en otra instalación. El personal que cuida las instalaciones fue muy cordial y nos dió un muy buen trato.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Está muy limpio, cómodo y con una excelente ubicación en Polanco, una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad. Además, el personal fue súper atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una estancia segura, accesible y agradable en CDMX. ¡Volveré con gusto! Hay una colaboradora en ventas que se llama Yenny, es una excelente colaboradora, le pregunté si me pudiera alcanzar una cuchara para mi cena que pedí por Uber, porque no me dieron cubierto, y a los 5 minutos ya tenía la cuchara en mi habitación, muy amable, muy atentos con sus huéspedes!! y muchas gracias al personal que me subió la cuchara.

La propiedad es un poco vieja en general, las instalaciones se escuchan a veces en los cuartos, no tienen desayuno en el mismo hotel tienes que trasladarte a otro para poder tene tu desayuno gratis. La verdad tiene un 7 o 8 por la atención fue amable, el lugar cumple solo por esos detalles donde incluso el sillon de la entrada te sientas y sientes que se va a tronar, las puertas a veces no abren, las camas rechinan si te mueves mucho y la tv no es smart tv solo tv abierta. Tiene buen internet, muchos locales donde desayunar y comprar cosas, hasta un minimercado que se ubica cerca de un parque.

La verdad nos sorprendió. Nos tocó una habitación bonita, pequeña pero suficiente. Baño excelente, a veces se extraña que tenga una placa de lavabo grande y este baño sí la tenía. Muy cómodo. El desayuno aunque es en la otra propiedad, no tenemos ningún problema en ir. Nos gustó más este que el colonial de l'heritage. Este estaba más limpio y tranquilo. Muy amable la señorita de recepción y el vigilante es muy amable.
