Excelentes instalaciones muy limpias y el personal muy amable! El lugar ennuna zona muy bonita y muy cerca del angel de la indepedencia. Hay muchos lugares alrededor para desayunar, comer y cenar. Lo unico que el desayuno que incluye solo son sandwich, pero todo lo demas excelente

Impecable!! amamos hospedarnos en Ambulan el hotel es boutique y precioso tiene un gusto exquisito en la decoración, cada detalle está hecho con amor! El hotel es central, muy cercano a lugares turísticos de Ciudad de México y restaurantes sugeridos por guías especializadas! La atención y amabilidad desde que llegamos nos hizo sentir en casa!!! La amplitud de las habitaciones difícilmente se encuentra en Ciudad de México, el gramaje de las toallas ufff High Level! Definitivamente volveremos! Gracias

La propiedad esta muy centrica, limpia, habitaciones comodas, pero se vende con Gimnasio y Desayuno incluido y estos dos servicios no los tiene, no tiene Gimnasio y el Desayuno nada que ver. El desayuno lo preparan las mismas personas de Recepción, nada higiénico. No fue lo que ofrecieron

Nice room and hotel but no hot water to shower, heating function on AC didn’t work, slow internet made TV blurry and steep stairs from street to lobby without handrail. Do to these problems will not rebook or recommend.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. One of its biggest advantages is the location, as it is centrally located and close to almost all the main attractions. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient to find great places to eat. The staff was always friendly, courteous, and willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The main issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We reported it to the front desk, but unfortunately the problem was never resolved during our stay. In addition, the breakfast could be improved, as the variety of options was quite limited. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent location and friendly service, but improving room maintenance and expanding the breakfast selection would make the guest experience much better.

This hotel is quite nice and located in a tucked away street from the main drag. Breakfast is just enough to not go hungry but don’t expect CDMX best cuisine. The folks running the front desk are incredibly nice and helpful. I had a city view room that looked out onto the road below with a balcony. The water pressure was absolutely amazing and probably the best I encountered in a hotel. Overall everything was clean. Room was cleaned everyday. The AC inside worked flawlessly. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing to exist in. I felt very safe in the area. Ok now for things I think you should be aware of or something the hotel can look to improve upon. Overall I’d categorize these minor in consideration of all the positives. The street below can randomly get really loud. I live in a loud part of a large city at home, so my expectations are in check. Now it’s not loud all the time. But when some vehicle with what sounded like 1000 watt clown horn drives by, you hear it. And some other traffic noises can make their way into the room. There is noise isolation but I’d say it’s just ok. Not sure if the hotel can do anything about this now without major changes. But something to be aware of. Second thing was the curtains in terms of privacy and light. And boy are they thin and see through. Your room may be exposed to neighbouring buildings and with how thin they are, you have to be a little c

El hotel es muy bueno, y excelente ubicación pero PÉSIMA HOSPITALIDAD, no quiero decir que los empleados sean malos, al contrario, tienen buena actitud pero como puede ser posible que solo una persona sea la encargada de recepción, responder mensajes, llamadas, servir el desayuno, abrir puerta, y hacer los check in, si a la empresa le importa más la calidad de su servicio deberían preocuparse por tener más empleados, dure todo un día pidiendo toallas y no llegaron, repito, no es mala la atención del personal, pero solo tienen 1 para todoooooo, no vale la pena por el precio
