This is a great choice if you need for the night a Hanoi apartment reasonable close to the airport. Since the path on WESTLAKE towards the Pagoda is a lovely relatively calm and scenic beloved running and biking destination staying in this Hotel will allow you to go for a lovely early mornings run or a romantic late night stroll. Recommend

Absolutely terrible experience. We had booked a Superior Double with Queen bed and lake view and were told that the room was very small and had no window (and they asked if we wanted to pay for an upgrade) before we'd even finished checking in or seen the room. They even have a "mini game" ready so that you can get a "deal" on the upgrade they are pushing due to the false advertisement of the rooms. Upgraded to the room that we thought we already had booked and paid extra, as we would never stay in a box room with no window in any hotel. This room had a full lake view and balcony (not usable) but the view from the room, and its size, were the only 2 positives. Asked for an iron and it came completely burnt, with a filthy ironing board. Urine smell from the very weak air con. Shower set up is a mess, dirty/rusty shower heads, and no shower curtain so the toilet and floor get drenched after having a shower. Broken kettle not replaced, even after reporting twice. The glass bottles of water were literally mouldy around the tops. Only boiling water from the tap on the final night, and then water completely shut off on the final morning, which meant no flush for the toilet and no shower before we left. We were given wet pillows after the room was "cleaned". Cleaner also left a very dirty teaspoon after "cleaning" one day- it actually had food on it. She also left a bag of her cleaning goods in the room one day. Avoid at all costs.

房間乾淨，湖景房可以感受到很chill的氛圍！ 公寓式的房間基本洗衣機及煮飯的爐子跟鍋子都有，不過因為短期住宿所以沒使用到。 房間夠亮、浴室水柱也夠強，溫度適中，設施基礎但是十分舒適。 飯店工作人員笑容可掬，熱心解決我的提問，特別感謝Ms.Juleen Nguyen，過程快速且專業，貼心且細心！

호수뷰라고 다 호수뷰가 아니더라고요. 슈피리어 아파트는 생각하시는 호수뷰가 아닙니다. 디럭스 아파트로 하셔야 호수뷰 입니다. 그리고 객실 침대 커버도 교체 안하고 사용하는 지저분하고 심지어 핏자국도 있었어요, 욕실 샤워부스느뉴구석구석에 곰팡이 엄청 많았고요. 거실등 하나는 안 들어 와서 어둡고, 정수기는 있는데 사용하려고 하니 소음 장난 아니고요.. 예약에 참고하세요!
