Even though it looked average from the outside it was clean efficiency friendly and modern on the inside. The cleaning staff must have worked so hard, well done. Reception spoke excellent English and helped with any of our requests. The breakfast was superb as were the morning staff. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is well run. The free bikes are fantastic and the food is delicious. There are plenty of sunloungers around the pool and the whole hotel is lovely and clean. It is convenient for the train station which is just around the corner. The only downside is the busy road at the front so if that worries you, book a room overlooking the pool
