This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed in. It is filthy. Thankfully we had a late night in and was leaving the very next morning for a cruise. We saw MULTIPLE COCKROACHES. There was dirt, grime, and total filth in every corner. I would never stay here again and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone else.

Pool was closed. No water in the pool. Wifi was not available in the room. In my search filter, I selected pool and free wifi. Neither was available to us during our one night stay. Further, I tailored my phone plan expecting to have free wifi. Thankfully, there was a security guard there when we arrived who called the reception to come to the desk to give us our key to our room. I was surprised there was no ice machine. It was clean but the property is showing aged. The male at reception was pleasant.

First off there was no parking we got there at 4:00 p.m. had dinner went to a concert came back even worse for parking One of the beds broke immediately the office was closed they didn't have no ice no cups I can go on matter of fact when the bed broke when we went to lay down another customer had his car stolen so it was crazy bizarre night

I did not check into this hotel because the condition of the property was completely unacceptable. The exterior of the hotel was in deplorable condition, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor right at the entrance, to the point that I absolutely refused to proceed with check-in. Based on what I observed outside, it was clear that the property lacked basic maintenance. Windows and blinds were broken throughout the building, the pool was damaged and unusable, and the overall appearance of the hotel was extremely neglected.
