Communication with the staff checking in and out was great, really lovely and helpful. Room was clean with great facilities, shampoo and conditioner in the shower as well as shower gel, huge soft towels. Bed really comfortable. Location is very central & would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Really friendly staff and really clean hotel. The alley way behind the property is a different story altogether. Drug dealers and takers in the day and late night. And at 4-5am every morning, artic and loading and unloading cages for an hour and a half! I won’t stay there again

Accommodation was good- comfortable and ideal for longer stay. Tesco close by was handy for essentials. The location in St Enoch Square, Glasgow gave some concern due to youths hanging out close to entrance in the evenings- we felt safe within building but would not stay as a loan traveller due to obvious drug dealing going on outside… although this is beyond control of accommodation I feel important to mention…

Beware this property. Sleep on both nights of my stay was badly disrupted by the all-night circus of open drug-dealing, boom-box playing, random revving of motorbikes taking place in the pedestrianised st enoch’s square. I have some sympathy for the operators of the property but unless they install quadruple glazing they’re not running a sustainable business.

The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning. Good points: Location is ok-ish, central but on a square where people hang about where you could feel intimidated with kids/older family members. Check in process worked but was very clunky - when the property was run by Sonder it was 100% better. In fact thats the case for everything, never had any issues until VCity took over and I've stayed there a few times.

Can’t complain about the property, was exactly like pictures on website. It’s handy for the city centre. Unfortunately there was a big gang of coloured youths directly outside the property and I saw drug dealing going on all day and night. The gang hovered around, on and off, until around 5am,shouting and playing football. It was a very restless and sleepless night. The property is great but the noise would put me off staying again.
