What more can we say other then we had an AWESOME time at Desire Pearl celebrating our anniversary. The staff are incredible, their attention to detail was amazing. From the moment we checked-in we until we left they made us feel like part of the family. From the bars to the restaurants the service was incredible. Yolanda was our poolside server and she was awesome, never missed a beat. Thanks again to all the staff for making our stay so memorable and a special thanks to Cami she was fantastic!! Looking forward to our next stay.

The property was beautiful and the staff was well trained and very accommodating. The food was incredible. All the nightly shows were fantastic. Truly a 5 star experience We’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this one was the most relaxing and overall best experience. We will definitely return. The hotel has a wonderful staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were very well taken care of throughout our stay. That said, I do want to be honest and mention that while part of the property has been renovated, another part still needs significant updates. I would say that about one-third of the hotel has already been renovated, while the remaining areas are still waiting to be updated. They are definitely moving in the right direction, but there is still work to be done. The most important thing to keep in mind, however, is the average age of the guests. I would estimate that most visitors are in their late 50s, 60s, or older. So, if you’re expecting a lively atmosphere with lots of younger couples, this probably isn’t the right place for you.

Have you ever had a perfect vacation? Pearl was one of those experiences. The room was comfortable and always clean. The food was so tasty and plentiful. Reviews of other resorts mention watered down drinks and cheap liquor. You’ll not find that here. Top shelf brands and skilled bartenders. Other guests were a diverse lot from around the world. The average age one week was 35-45 and the next week was 45-55. Special thanks to our concierge Camila for making the trip so special.

Desire Pearl has to be one o the best Resorts that we have ever stayed at. The service was impeccable, the staff here are some of the most incredible people that we have ever met. From check in to check out they are incredible. The food and drinks are amazing, also we have to give a big shout out to the Play Makers, they definitely know how to entertain the guests. The bar tenders and wait staff are awesome. We would like to thank all the staff at Pearl for making our stay the most memorable time, looking forward to our next vacation.
