Even though there is a reception right inside the entrance, you still need a code to get in as it’s closed (I received it by email before the stay). A pointless reception with two employees, yet you were directed to a time‑consuming self‑check‑in machine. Fresh towels had to be picked up at the reception when I asked the cleaning staff outside the room. Very poor soundproofing and you could hear everything happening in the hallway (“thin cardboard doors”).It all peaked when we forgot our key card in the room in the morning and asked the reception if it was okay to get a new one when we returned in the evening. They confirmed it. The hotel advertised that the reception was staffed 24/7. We came back and there were no employees at the reception. Tried using the machine, but it required scanning a passport — which was in the room. There was a sign with a phone number to call for assistance. We called at least ten times and no one answered… We sat there waiting for a very long time and even called the police, who couldn’t help. No help from Hotels.com either. Eventually we found another phone number, and finally got an answer and assistance. We were close to kicking in the door to our room because we had a morning flight and needed to get to bed. Completely hopeless to have a reception setup like this.

Schönes Zimmer, sauber, gute Kommunikation. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht so gut isoliert, wodurch man alles ausserhalb des Zimmers gut hört. Der Lift war etwas langsam 😀. Ansonsten alles topp.

Otroligt bra, fina och fräscha rum. Mycket bra AC, lugnt och ljudisolerat, hörde varken grannar eller folk utanför. Helt perfekt helt enkelt! Kommer definitivt bo här igen nästa gång vi är i Prag!

El único inconveniente que tuve fue al llegar a la estancia, ya que llegué fuera del horario de check in ( 6 pm). El registro es electrónico y pide información que yo no tenía a pesar de haber escrito a la propiedad 2 días antes como especificaba el mensaje en Expedia. Sin embargo, se arregló llamando al número de whatsapp que había en el mostrador. No sé si es problema de Expedia o de villa Wagner. Bastante céntrico. Restaurantes cerca. La estación del tranvía y el metro también. Buen precio en comparación de las demás estancias
