A quiet location, with large rooms. The twin Ed’s were very narrow. The breakfast, which is included in the price of the room was good. There are a variety of options for other meals in the area. The Hotel is a block from a beautiful, secure beach. While they offer towels for the pool, when we rang the bell for service no one came. The pool water was very cloudy and the filtration system seemed to require maixtenance.

Boa estadia em Itapema

Hotel bem localizado, muito limpo, quarto confortável, staff atencioso entretanto o que pegou foi que a água do chuveiro não era suficiente quente. Também acho que o banheiro deveria ser com box em vez de cortina , evitaria molhadeira no quarto.

Incrível descobrir que a TV do quarto não podia sintonizar a Globo por uma decisão política do dono do hotel. Um hotel de praia (até no nome) que cobra por dia o uso de toalha, cadeira e guarda-sol.

O hotel possui poucos funcionários na portaria. Ninguém pra ajudar a carregar as malas ou levar o carrinho de bagagens até o quarto. Eu paguei por um hotel com piscina, mas esta ficou 4 dias em manutenção… e o pior de tudo… o dono do hotel não gosta da Globo… então ninguém hospedado no hotel assiste a Globo, porque ele retirou a Globo dos canais da TV!!!!!! Isso é um absurdo!!!! Os hóspedes que se fodam!!! Tem meia dúzia de canais na TV, com sinais ruins… e não tem a Globo, porque o dono do hotel não gosta da Globo!!!! Mas alguém dá um toque nesse senhor e ensine a ele um pouco de gestão, já que o negócio dele depende de clientes satisfeitos. Quem possui negócio que depende de clientes, precisa pensar no que os clientes gostam… e não olhar para o próprio umbigo!!! Se não melhorar, vai falir…

A estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é muito bem localizado, proximo à praia e ao comércio bares e locais de interrsse. Pessoal na recepção muito prestativo, limpeza do quarto muito boa. Só sugiro colocar um box no banheiro. A ideia da cortina não é boa...o banheiro fica todo molhado e como tem pouca ventilação, como em todo hotel que conheco, o banheiro ficar molhado não é uma situação agradável. Outra coisa é a TV. Voces descreveram que poem à disposição canais premium..mas só tem SBT sem som, Record, Bandeirantes e canal de filmes...por favor né ?! Mas no mais tenho elogios ao hotel.

Boa hospedagem. Ótima localização. Hotel muito silencioso e funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos. Principalmente os que atendem no café da manhã. Ótimo café da manhã. Achei um pouco caro o valor da diária pela infraestrutura do hotel. Mas deve ser pela sua localização. Para quem quer se hospedar para curtir a praia, é um excelente hotel. Mas como só queríamos passar uma noite, o custo benéfico foi alto. Banheiro sem box, apenas cortina, mas muito limpo. Cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro que se separavam durante a noite. Desconfortável.
