Hotel não é novo, mas está muito bem conservado. Tivemos um contratempo no check-in, pois o quarto para 4 pessoas estava apenas com uma cama de casal. Durante minha estadia, tive alguns pontos negativos que preciso destacar. Solicitei o secador de cabelo três vezes para o quarto e, mesmo após aguardar e descer até a recepção para entender a demora, não obtive retorno satisfatório. Além disso, solicitei a nota fiscal da diária e até o momento não recebi — apenas me entregaram a nota do estacionamento. Ressalto que necessito da nota fiscal da hospedagem para comprovar a despesa junto à administração pública. Esses pontos prejudicaram bastante a experiência da estadia.

Reservei 2 quartos triplos, frente mar. Um deles não tinha iluminação completa. Ficamos com um abajur improvisado por 4 noites das 5 da hospedagem. Os dois quartos tinham odor de mofo. Não havia outros disponíveis para troca. Sobre o restaurante em uma das noites não queriam permitir consumo " a la carte", somente buffet completo. Precisamos solicitar para a gerência resolver.
