There was no hot water at the property. No sugar or milk was available on arrival. Owner was contacted multiple times on however messages were being read but no response. The staff tried to assist however as the owner was not available they were limited with what they could do.a refund was also requested for part of the stay due to the issues however the owner again did not respond
