Je venais pour la première fois en Auvergne pour randonner sur les volcans. En semaine, le buffet du petit-déjeuner ouvre à 06h30 et 07h30 le we. Afin de pouvoir petit-déjeuner tous les jours à 06h30 et partir randonner sur les volcans de bonne heure en raison de la chaleur, la responsable m'a très gentiment proposé de me préparer le petit-déjeuner et de le mettre dans une glacière. Franchement, pour moi qui randonne et effectue des itinérances à pied, je n'ai pas toujours rencontré pareille gentillesse et adaptation au client. Donc, un immense merci à elle car je pouvais ainsi être le premier à arriver sur les volcans et à profiter du silence et de l'apaisement.

C'est bien dommage car on y dort très bien (bonne literie) mais petit ventilo dans la chambre, meuble de salle de bain vetuste, wc et douche extrêmement petite, joint a refaire. Dommage que la piscine ne soit plus en fonctionnement. Le petit dejeuner pourrait etre pas mal mais le cafe avait un gout d eau chaude, le jus d orange pas tres bon, le beurre encore gelé imposible a tartiner ! mais excellent pancakes et croissant.
