The staff was so accommodating! We ended up needing an extra night so we booked via a different website and the staff combined our two reservations and even switched us rooms when a fan wasn’t working to an upgraded view! Wonderful scenic hotel

This is a historical hotel. It used to be a great and attractive hotel. Its scenic view is great However， the elevator is old and makes some noise. As a whole, compare to other hptel in auckland it does still deserve to book and live in this hotel at this price.
