great staff..great food.however undergoing repairs to building .no hot water in taps all week...beds terrible, needs new, plus carpets throughout re-arrangements of rooms, very little space, decoration throughout maybe after scaffolding comes down all will be well and refreshed..room at top of building steep climb for 82/77 year olds, left with bad back....

Was only there for 1 night and I was given room 1 looking onto main fenkle street where my scooter was it was great bed was comfy room clean bathroom was good
