Not as described. Hotel was in bad repair, the bathroom and bedside lights did not work, the bed spread was worn out with holes, the bathroom air cover was falling off the wall and I could hear lots of noise from the adjacent rooms. When booked it advertised a breakfast and when I arrived, there was a sign at the front desk that said " no breakfast" . The staff were not friendly or helpful.

So many disappointments. First there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room as advertised. No breakfast as advertised. Shower knob was broken. Plugs by nightstand didn't work. There was a planned PG&E power outage which was not disclosed, so from 8pm to 3am there was no power.

I would not recommend this Motel 6 to anyone. The room was absolutely disgusting from the moment we walked in. There were stains on multiple surfaces, hair left behind from previous guests, and the entire room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The odor was unbearable and made it difficult to even stay in the room comfortably. We also noticed brown discoloration on parts of the walls and bathroom areas, which made the place feel even more unsanitary.
To make things worse, we spotted a cockroach outside near the room, and there was even a hole in the wall inside the room itself. The condition of the property was unacceptable.
The experience with the staff only made everything worse. Our key card didn’t work when we first tried to get into the room, and when we went to ask for help, the employee acted visibly annoyed. While on the phone, he kept making irritated grunting noises like we were bothering him for asking for assistance. Instead of being helpful or apologetic, the staff made us feel like an inconvenience.
Overall, this was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve had. Dirty room, terrible smell, poor maintenance, and rude customer service. I would strongly suggest staying somewhere else.
