Way, way, way overpriced for what you get. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had. The only positive thing about this hotel is the staff. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help, but they couldn't make up for the hotel's many shortcomings.
I was given a room right next to the lobby, which offered very little privacy. The room itself was as plain as a cheap motel, not a hotel charging these rates. There were no nightstands at all—one of the staff members had to bring me a folding chair to use as a bedside table.
The bathroom was poorly designed, with no shower door, so every shower flooded the bathroom floor. The room didn't even include basic amenities like shampoo or conditioner. After I complained, Nataly kindly brought me shampoo, but there was still no conditioner.
I appreciate Nataly and the rest of the staff for doing everything they could to help. Unfortunately, the hotel's management has created a product that simply doesn't justify the price. Basic amenities, functional bathrooms, and properly furnished rooms should be standard, not something guests have to request.
I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it. Save your money and book somewhere else.
