La atencion del personal es muy buena y la limpieza, pero nos toco una habitacion que da a un restaurant cantina y era mucho ruido y musica alta, humedad en la habitacion y el enjarre del techo caido se veian las varillas y no hay agua caliente.

Es un hotel con mucha historia, debió ser de los primeros en construirse. Están las instalaciones en excelente estado. Se ve que invierten mucho en su mantenimiento pues no se ve viejo. La ubicación es excelente, está a un lado de donde empieza el malecón. Como referencia, la famosa heladería "Güero güera" está abajo. La vista es excelente no importa si te toca ver el mar o te toca ver hacia la zona centro. Se puede caminar a lugares súper cercanos como los portales y la zona del malecón. Solamente tienes que cruzar una calle y ya llegaste. El personal fue muy amable y la recepción estuvo rapidísima. Tiene estacionamiento en la planta baja. Lo único mejorable fue que la regadera sí tenía agua caliente pero tardó mucho en salir. Y durante la noche hubo un par de mosquitos molestando. Sin duda nos volveremos a hospedar ahí, porque es el hotel más bonito, barato y bien ubicado, pero seremos precavidos y nos llevaremos una raquetita para matar moscos jajaja.

Me gusta la ubicación, las instalaciones y habitaciones muy básicas, no me gustó que no hay agua para beber de botella sellada en el cuarto, hay afuera de garrafón y fría, la verdad esa agua no da confianza, el personal bien, me tocó del lado que da al zócalo, la verdad mucho ruido por la música y no se si se me ubicó ahí por hacer la reservación por Expedia y ser más económico, la verdad no se si volvería, gracias.
