Was not happy with this stay. Pool shut down, valet driver having a bad day, room card didn’t work upon return from the evening breakfast was sub par with boxes of Joe for coffee from dunkin. We picked this hotel for the kids to enjoy the pool and its location not center of the city. However everything for the kids was shut down and even the waffle maker wasn’t working for breakfast.

Room was great & good location in the city! Staff are friendly & helpful! Breakfast buffet was well-stocked and the room had a lot of natural light! We were there when it was snowing, and they did a really good job, keeping things clear. We did have to do valet parking; parking ourselves was not an option, but they were really fast and bringing our car around when we needed to leave.
