The property is an excellent value for the price. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. For those who require freezing a.c., you should definitely go there.

For a small house, there are many rooms. Shared kitchen and bathroom as stated. Exterior has some work to be done. Interior is okay.

10/10 绝佳

It’s a shared bath and kitchen with a very clean and well equipped kitchen with my favorite espresso included . House was quite clean and comfortable. The room and Queen bed were pleasant . I noticed very few other guests during my midweek stay. An excellent value in my opinion. Good location.

It's not a hotel. It's a house with separate bedrooms that people stay in. You will share a shower with others at the house. Toiletries and wash cloths will not be provided.

Wow, we thought we were getting a hotel room not realizing that we'd be sharing the choice of two bathrooms with six bedrooms that all have their own locked entrance
真实点评

6/10 不错

Room was ok... no amenities, walls are paper thin.... you can hear everything! Couldn't even watch local channels on the TV. Bathroom is shared. The outside of the house looks sketchy. Great location though.
真实点评

8/10 非常棒

It’s okay , but it was difficult the fine the parking because you can’t park in the parking lot lot.
真实点评

10/10 绝佳

The room was immaculate and so was the bathroom and the rest of the house.
真实点评

8/10 非常棒

Location was ok, traffic was on the loud side but can be ignored. Parking was somewhat ok, when I got there one car literally blocked the entire driveway that could have hold 4 cars, but I guess they did it because they didn't want to be blocked in. The place smelled good, kitchen was very clean. Bathroom was also clean, a sign needs to be displayed saying clean up after yourself, would definitely go back,

This was portrayed as a hotel. It was a house turned into 1 bedroom facilities. 4 parking spots for the whole building. No response from owner when we arrived late due to a delayed flight. My son and I left and just found a regular hotel. I guess you pay for what you get. Lost my $75
