We were pleased with our stay. We would have preferred to be closer to the tourist area but we booked last minute and needed a place that would sleep 3. It was easy to take the bus into town. We didn't eat or drink here, so I can't comment on that. The room was comfortable and clean, the hotel was quiet.

The staffs are very friendly with the checkin and check out process. The location is very quiet and safe but it takes some transit time from the central station to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious and rich. One little complaint is the hot water for the shower is not very stable and it’s temperature is mostly warm but not hot enough for me. Overall the quality of the hotel is pretty good

We had to change room, the second one, despite being exactly the same, felt much more comfortable whilst the first one wasn't, perheps the second one was just redecorated. Breakfast is nice. Mixed experience as the staff on reception were super helpful and efficient, however my bathroom needed cleaning on arrival, I took photos and showed reception, they did come and clean it quite quickly, were very apologetic and said it wasn't acceptable. Not what I expected from Hilton. I also had to queue for a considerable amount of time to check in and check out.
