The staff were nice and tried to be helpful, which was the only positive. Unfortunately, the hotel is old and most areas are unmaintained, to the point that it feels beyond repair. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were low quality, and the room smelled like plumbing. The hotel was nearly empty, there were no activities available, and the food tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Overall, despite the friendly staff, I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent Value, Great Service, It Has Everything

I really really enjoyed my stay here. The facilities were impressive in scale and variety, with something for everyone (Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath, football pitches and tennis courts, the list could go on). The main structure is clearly aging, however it is comfortable and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the grilled steak in the outdoor seating area on my last night here, and spending time at the snack bar by the hotel's private beach in between dips in the sea. The hours of the bars, snack bar, and restaurant, are not very restrictive like at many other all inclusive resorts, so you are always able to find nice food or a refreshing cocktail, mocktail, coffee or tea, etc. whatever the hour. I'd like to thank the welcoming and accommodating staff for making my stay memorable and enjoyable. I would definitely return here if opportunity permits!

Kusursuz bir misafirlik geçirdik! Kongre sebebiyle gelmiştik ,o kadar memnun kaldık ki 1 gün uzattık. Resepsiyonda Vedat Bey ve Aşçıbaşı Fırat Bey'e ayrı teşekkür etmek isteriz. Yemekler çok kaliteli ve lezzetli, açık büfede servisi personeller yapıyor ve bu sayede yemekler temiz kalıyor, sunumu bozulmuyor, israf olmuyor. Masa servisi hızlı ve garsonlar çok ilgili. Lobi ve avm olan giriş acayip lüks bi ambiyans sağlamış. Otelde her isteğinize anlık cevap veriliyor. Temizlik geliştirilebilir, bi de yastıklar çok kötüydü ama bildirdik, yeni yastık getirdiler. Tatillerimizde kesin geleceğiz! Çok teşekkürler.
