The staff is amazing. The pool is incredible, as are the views. Room was spotless with a fantastic air conditioner— room was 74 degrees when we entered and in a very shot time was 64 degrees.

Totally fabulous staff. Super clean. Amazing pool but the hot tub didn’t work, no outside food or drink but no food or bar open until 2pm. So don’t expect lunch or drinks/snacks when the pool opens. As Usual or typical anywhere—loud kids and people in the halls and lobby all hours of the night. Great breakfast and the guy working the breakfast every morning worked his tail off to keep everything fresh and clean. He rocked it as well as Angi at the front desk.

We went to the property after its opening. The staff was amazing. So polite and helpful. The room was clean and a great size for my family and I. The only complaint I have is that they never came to pick up my towels and linens after I called a few times so we just had towels sitting on the floor. I had to go downstairs and grab new ones but I will blame it on them JUST opening. Besides that, absolutely no complaints. They were awesome.

The overall hotel is amazing! The pool, splash pad, outdoor bar and outdoor spa tube are worth every penny…. HOWEVER, sadly we had some people in the room next to us that had a full blown DV situation and it became very hostile for my kids and I. We called to the front desk and he didn’t seem to know what to do or how to handle the situation but he was very apologetic. We ended up leaving the hotel around 11PM after having our nerves shot. Smelling marijuana didn’t help either. Minus the drama, the hotel is such a great place. Super clean and new. Staff were friendly and helpful while playing outside. Hate we missed the free breakfast too 😭

I seriously thought about giving this place a TERRIBLE review because I liked it here so much and I dont want to see the price go up once construction on the exterior pool is complete and summer gets here. This is a river front property, however fishing is not allowed on the rocks currently but there is a place to fish about a quarter of a mile away in the neighborhood. The bed is super comfy. The Zenses shampoo, body wash, and lotion in the scent of Sandalwood was amazing. The conditioner worked really well for my hair type. I loved the black make up rag and facial wipes as well as the hand soap. The breakfast bar is pretty standard. There was a bit of a lack of options for diabetics but staff mentioned looking in to more options.

Beautiful hotel. The infinity pool with the view over the river is breathtaking. The staff is so accommodating. The breakfast is delicious. The bed is incredibly comfortable. You can't take your own food or drinks to the pool so be prepared to buy from the bar. The room had a faint mildew smell. It truly could have been wet towels left on the carpet from guests before us or something and it was faint but still. And the TV kept going out so we couldn't watch anything for more than about 10-15 minutes

Caution if you want to sleep, STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! 1st night Had to tell the front desk that the people above us were stomping back and forth. They did nothing about it. Called the front desk the 2nd night because they were still doing it. Nothing was done. The 3rd day tired to rest since we hadn't gotton hardly any sleep, so called the front desk again because they were back to stomping. They called them and they stopped for a short time. By the 3rd night they were still doing it and the staff won't move them or us. They won't compensate you for the serious issues either. They will charge you $35 a day per person to swim with any family you have driven across the country to visit.

We left the hotel at midnight on the same day we checked in. The people in the room next to us had a bunch of kids, who were in the pool screaming until 10 pm. Then they came into their room and continued to be very loud. We called the front desk twice, who then contacted the noisy people. The noise continued until 1130 pm. We checked out at midnight. Part of the problem was the adjoining door, which had a large opening underneath. The main problem was poor parenting, and not being able to get their kids under control. Lack of awareness or concern for the other people around them; typical for many younng people. Pool was beautiful, but filled with screaming kids.

It’s a new hotel so they offered to buy a box fan, which was awesome. The hot tub needed work, and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast lady was super nice. They need more beach towels. The cleaning staff were great and asked if we needed anything.

The hotel is fairly new, the pool is awesome! The floor in the room felt dirty and the coffee is terrible in the room and in the lobby. There was plenty of room to sit and visit by the pool and inside the lobby. We would stay there again.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and came home feeling rested, which was the goal of my trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the walk-in shower was excellent, the breakfast was good. I did have some confusion at check-in regarding my room and my expectation of a river view. Looking back, I think I probably had about the best view available for that room category. I just wish that had been explained a little more clearly at check-in. When I went to use the pool, there wasn’t a single chair available. It was much busier than I expected for a hotel pool, which made it difficult to enjoy one of the amenities I was most looking forward to. If the hotel allows non-guests to use the pool, I think that would be helpful information for overnight guests before booking. Despite those issues, I enjoyed my visit.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! Clean spacious rooms. Staff was overly helpful and very personal for the most part. We did have one issue with are room keys and got locked out of the room, one of the housekeeping personnel did let me back in but was very rude about it, but nothing to not go back over! Other than her the staff were soooo friendly. Pool was the most beautiful with beautiful views. Love it and will be back’
