We always love visiting Iwaki and this hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation. A variety of restaurants and izakaya within walking distance. The staff was so accommodating especially when I dont speak Japanese. I arrived early but was able to check in 3 hours early; with a nominal fee. Also, They were able to check my brother in laws reservations. Informed them that His flight was canceled and should be arriving on Friday. Front desk informed me he is checked in another location and will inform them. I was grateful for all their help.
Clean room, amenities, proximity to station and the staff. I wanted to order Dominos pizza but couldn’t on my cellphone plus I don’t speak Japanese so I asked the front desk lady for help. She was great. I Highly recommend this hotel.
