初めての松本のホテル。暑い夏で車に雑多な荷物を置いておけず、預かっていただいたのですがチェックイン時にはお部屋にすべて運びこまれており頭が下がる思いでした。その節はありがとうございました。風呂あがりのリンゴシャーベットはドリンクとしても飲めてすごく美味しいです。駐車場がわかりにくかったのですが快くサポートしていただきありがたかったです。そして、ちょっとした質問への対応も迅速で逆に驚きました。ありがたかったです。 ホテル横に地元の方も利用されてる湧水があり何度も利用させていただきました。 秋にまたリピートさせていただくのを楽しみにしております。 夏は富山のお墓参りして東京に帰るまでの途中の宿泊先としてまた利用させていただきたいと思っております。

Charming property exceptionally clean, special mention of the wonderful onsen, enjoyed our most unusual experience of sleeping in a traditional Japanese room with tatami mats. Our dinner in the restaurant was superb, kudos to the skilled chef! Matsumoto is a lovely town with a slow paced vibe , so different from other Japanese cities.
