Really enjoyed our stay! Had a great view overlooking the bay and the room was spotless and spacious. Short walk to the beach and close to conveniences like coffee shops and restaurants. My only recommendation would be to make beach chairs available for guests to check out and take with them!

Excellent location. So much square footage to really enjoy your stay. We priced hotels a block away on the beach same price for 1/3 the space. Very clean. Walgreens less than 100 feet away. Frenchy’s Saltwater Cafe across the street. The beach is a five minute walk. This was the perfect stay. Super clean, very helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Dilan was an amazing help on our first night throughly explaining all questions asked. We went on the dolphin jet ski adventure through the resort. It was super fun and we definitely saw some dolphins. Stephanie was our leader and she was very personable and nice as well as dilan. Drinks and food are great as well. Our room was super clean and had amazing views of the ocean.

It’s a brand new and beautiful property. The kitchen was very nice, loved their Bosch oven and new utensils. A bit on the pricier side but we also chose a room with ocean view on the upper floors and it is in downtown -Clearwater. Spacious and impeccably clean, nice balconies, walking distance to Clearwater beach. My only drawback were the customers- themselves- smelled like weed whenever you joined the pool or walked by groups of families.

We were on the 7th floor in a suite with a wrap around balcony and we could see the bay and the ocean. It was a easy 5 min walk to the Clearwater beach. Great location, great room and good food at the hotel. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed for a few nights here and it’s very nice. All new and luxurious Few teething problems as first day opening but was sorted. Would recommend having a notepad/pen in the room Also a bottle opener would be handy too. Nice and quiet. Great location. Def recommend

Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious for our family of 5. The small kitchen was great to have with kids. The pool was a good size and clean. We are ate at the restaurant twice and both times the food was amazing and the wait staff and bartender were so nice. The only small issue we had was waiting for the cleaning staff to use the elevators during the day, but we managed. The location was great. We could walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Clearwater Beach.

Everyone was friendly. Great views from our room. Amazing location, walkable to pier/beach. Parking was $40 I think, reasonable for the area. Resort fee of $40, had access to pool we didn’t use. Didn’t really get any value out of resort fee. $300 security deposit seems a bit high but was removed from credit card in a couple days. Just one elevator for 8 floors so sometimes a wait/full. Would stay there again.

We stay for 3 nights, They did not clean up our room until we cek out, they just come 1 hour before we cek out, but that too late because we will leave the rooms. we only cleaned up by ourselves during our vacation. The location is perfect very close with the beach and shopping area. I would like to stay in this hotel again next time, i wish the cleaning service can cleanup my room every days.

This is a brand new hotel that just opened two weeks ago. The rooms are very clean and modern. Great views of the bay. Very nice kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfy. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. Hardly a few minute walk at most. Very close to shops, coffee and restaurants. We did not have a car and it was not a problem at all. Can also use the trolley for $2 and it will take you all around. Highly recommended based on our time here!

We stayed here for the weekend and found out that it had been open only 4 days! It’s located close to the pier and beach. The rooms are clean and beautiful. We got the two bedroom suite with harbor view. There were only a couple of kinks that needed to be worked on like the tv’s were not working due to them being new and needed to be maintained and updated. Valet was a long wait due to one person handling all the cars. Other than that I would definitely recommend!

This hotel is brand new in Clearwater Beach and perfect for families ! It had only been opened about 5 days prior to my family and I checking in. The facilities are great and clean! The staff is kind and willing to help you with anything that you need on the resort. There is a full kitchen , washer and dryer available for use during your stay. And all the TVs are equipped with your favorite streaming apps and services, we stayed in the Deluxe 2 Bedroom suite with the Marina view and the views are absolutely gorgeous! My kids were attending summer camp at Clearwater Aquarium and we could see them when they went out to snorkel and kayak! Location is perfect as far as views and proximity to Pier 60 , and the other local restaurants. We will be back next year !
