Comfortable Stay

The check-in process was very smooth and the staff were helpful with our enquiries. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is located about 1 km to the Gare Central and the old town. There is the tram just in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to get around if you do not use to walk. Tram tickets can be purchased on line and it is valid for 24 hrs.

Personel tres agréable. Un lit bébé nous a été proposé gratuitement à notre arrivée. L'emplacement est top, au pied il y à un arrêt de tram. Hôtel situé à 10mn à pieds de la gare et du centre ville. On ne met pas 5 car la hotte n'a pas filtré comme il fallait et nos vêtements ont pris toutes les odeurs de nourriture. Il manquait quelques ustensiles. Nous en avons demandé certains qui ont rapidement été mis à disposition. 10 10

C'c'est le 3ème appart city que je fais en 15 ans et j'ai trouvé que cela avait perdu de qualité (la Rochelle était super et paris beaugrenelle aussi). Par contre le personnel est super très à l'écoute et attentionné.

Great Amenities in Good Location

I was so happy and surprised to find a place with so many amenities, within a 10 minute walk to petite France, for such a low price at the height of summer travel season. It has central AC! And it works so well I actually got cold!! The little kitchen has two burners, sink, small fridge, and even a tiny dishwasher. Beds were comfortable. My primary complaint is that there were no outlets or USB/C outlets next to the bed. There could also be a couple updates made, particularly in the bathroom. The grout is nearly non-existent or looks completely black and dirty. As mentioned, location is a short walk to Petite France. The B tram stops directly in front of the hotel. The train station is also less than a 15 minute walk. There’s a small grocery store up one block as well as a bodega across the street from there.

Für eine Nacht mit dem Fahrrad optimal. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die City. Unzählige Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Sehr großes Zimmer mit sauberer Küche, großem Kühlschrank, großem Bad, separatem Schlafzimmer und Safe. Zudem ein gemütliches Sofa und ein Esstisch. Auch das Badezimmer war großzügig. Die Verdunkelungsvorhänge könnten besser verdunkeln. Einfaches, französisches Frühtück. Atmosphäre im Keller nicht so schön, aber mit allem was man für einen langen Tag auf dem Fahrrad braucht. Zimmer an sich sauber, das wars aber auch an positivem Eindruck. Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand, nicht einladend und heruntergewohnt. Es wäre an der Zeit eine Sanierung vorzunehmen. Im Eingangbereich ins Zimmer ist direkt die Küche… Bad altbacken… am ende muss man auch noch seinen Müll mitnehmen! Unter Apartmenthotel versteht man etwas anderes!! Keine Empfehlung, wirklich keine gute Erfahrung!
