Really warm welcome and friendly staff. Amenable when we arrived early. Room really clean. The building and rooms are in need of upgrading and decorating. It did feel tired and a bit shabby. Location is great, near a free beach and close to lovely bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good - usual breads, boiled eggs, fruit, coffee.
