Generally a positve experience front desk were friendly and helpful. Apartments were fairly spacious and hotel had pretty good facilities. Location is excellent close to everything you need.

Dated apartments but good entertainment

On arrival we got a really small 2 bedroom apartment but to be fair to the staff we moved the first morning to a much more spacious one albeit with a slight extra cost. Rooms and hotel is a little dated and could do with a revamp. The entertainment around the pool was very good and the performers were excellent!

Excellent location

We have had a lovely time We had a studio with a beautiful sea view The studio was a very good size with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Unfortunately the bathroom had a sewer smell which was very overpowering. As we only stayed 4 nights we just ignored the smell as only really needed the room to sleep in as out most of the day.

Great hotel for all

Great hotel fpr both famlies, couples and friends. Peter at reception could not help me enough. I asked for a pool and sea view and i received what i ask for and peter made sure i was happy and asked me when i was next down was room ok. Loads of entertainment during the day for kids and adults. Location is great close to everything. Will be returning.

The property was very dated and not very clean. Towels only changed once in a week and bins only emptied once. We paid for an apartment with a pool view, but we could barely see it were put in an apartment furthest away in front of the car park. The location was ok easy enough to walk anywhere. Hotel is dirty, rooms not up to oar, at least our suite was terrible. Both bacony doors (exterior ground level) did not lock, waited over 4hrs in room for maintenace. Manglende rengøring generelt. Kun 1 gang i løbet af ugen (når man lander om tirsdagen) og i tvivl om håndklæderne blev skiftet. Der kunne i det mindeste være en kost. Meget larm fra underholdning ved poolen om eftermiddagen. Forstår ikke det skal være så højt. Behøver ikke spille hele hotellet op, så man ikke kan tale sammen på altanen. Aftensmaden generel kedelig, måske fordi den heller ikke var varm. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme.
