The hotel is very well located. The rooms are spacious, but not in good condition. The bed and mattress are old and very uncomfortable, and the rooms are very noisy. The breakfast is very different from what is shown in the photos. I think there are much better accommodation options in Falun for the same price.

Really basic, room on the ground floor so my window was just in the parking visible for anyone walking on the street. Description showed laundry service available but totally false.

Got stuck into the elevator (3 persons) and it took half an hour to get out, the girl at the reception panicked and didn't know how to deal with the situation, meanwhile we were running out of oxygen, it was scary; we paid parking for our car in front of the hotel but then they told us that it wasn't guaranteed we could find a place for the night (and we specified since the beginning we'd have returned late); second night we had problems with both digital keys of our room and we had to make a call (paying ourselves for it) to solve the problem (it took more than an hour, the operator gave instructions by the phone but it took 4 different keys before it went thru opening the door, meanwhile we had to go up and down to our room every single time from the lobby to try again and reprogram the key... absurd... we asked to send someone at the hotel but since the reception is closed at night it was impossible... having to wake up early the next morning it was bad to loose another hour of sleep. Unfortunately our experience was very very bad. Such a shame...The hotel refunded just a ridiculous amount for 1 day breakfast (which was initially included in our price). I expected a significant refund given the enormous inconvenience, not just a few pennies! Never again...

Mycket nöjd med personalen överlag. Tydliga och informerande om regler på hotellet och hur man ska gå tillväga om man till exempel återkommer till hotellet efter stängningstid. Rummet var rent och kändes fräscht. Dock, "bordet" på rummet är endast en hylla på väggen som kändes mycket ranglig och knappt användbar då det kändes som den skulle rasa ned om man lade lite vikt på den (laptop+böcker+händer vid arbete på laptop). Badrummet var mycket lagom för en person och duschen gav bra temperatur. Dock var det stora brister i vattenskydd i duschen. Vid dusch spreds vatten på golvet i mer än halva badrummet och lampknappen i badrummet var placerad så att den blev blöt, vilket i sig är en risk. Mycket bra variation och utbud för frukost. Enda negativa vid frukost är att även om man var på plats för frukost vid 06.45 (frukost från 06.30) så kändes de kokta äggen redan kalla eller svalare än ljumna. Mycket nöjd med frukosten, var nästan det enda målet mat som behövdes under en heldag med aktiviteter i Falun. Sammantaget mycket nöjd med vistelsen och klart bättre än vid första anblick utifrån.
