I did like this property a lot. It was clean easy to access. There were some dining options within walking distance (the shrimp basket at De Visserij is a must, trust me). There is a nice, clean pool on the property. Concierge will give you beach towels if you ask. Great views from the property.
The reason this place is not getting a perfect score is because of the toilet seats, they were clean, but stained from harsh cleaners. Additionally, its not a hotel, so there is no reception area, but they do have a property management concierge onsite, although it was unstaffed at times (they might have just been around the property taking care of stuff). Lastly, there are some unfinished or abandoned properties across the street that has graffiti on the buildings, but you stop noticing that by the second day, and the area is very quiet and safe, even at night.
To summarize: The property is great! The folks around the property was friendly and chatty. I liked the location, it was an 8 minute drive to Williamstad's nightlife. I would highly recommend Piscadera Harbour Village.
