I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming and attentive, regularly checking to see if I needed anything. They kindly allowed me to check in early at no extra cost, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. I really appreciated their hospitality and thoroughly enjoyed both my stay and my time exploring Miami. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Jeffersons Hotel in Miami, Fl. The hotel staff was really nice and attentive to me as their guest. The room was clean. The bathroom was well organized as well as the entire building. They also have a nice rooftop that offers great drinks and food. My overall stay decent and I look forward to returning.

Room was clean, overall the hotel is well maintained. Communications with staff online was pretty good and they respond fast. My room didn’t have a refrigerator and a coffee maker which maybe I should have looked into more but that was okay. Although it was already mentioned that the property only had on-street parking which wouldn’t have been an issues if not for how full the parking spots were. So it is still a bit of a walk to and from the hotel and vehicle. Other than that, the hotel is worth the price in close proximity to where I needed to be for that special weekend.

We had a wonderful stay here! Rooms were clean, large, great view of the skyline, and a privately managed rooftop bar and grill upstairs. Staff was kind and helpful! Walking to shops coffee cafes bars market etc…. Safe friendly neighborhood! The hotel smelled amazing!!! They even offered luggage storage! Free of charge and locked access

The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and made sure to check on us throughout our stay. The room was very clean and immediately upon arrival i could smell that it had just been cleaned not just a loud smell of bleach but real cleaning supplies. No bugs no rodents and it was really quiet. 10/10 would recommend

We were off to a rocky start before check in when I asked for some support with my stay several days before due to some unforeseen circumstances on my end. They were not very accommodating with the change. Eventually I went ahead with the originally planned stay and my other party stayed at a sister hotel several blocks away. About my stay- overall it was good. The access codes worked and my plus one guest came to stay a couple of the nights to keep me company. The bed was comfortable and the room was smaller than shown in the pictures. It measures about 10x10ft. The hot water flowed quickly to the shower faucet and tap. The internet worked flawlessly and the TV had a fire stick device so to access the apps you must have your own log in password. The location is about two blocks from Calle Ocho and the trolley/ bus stop. Downtown Brickell is about 20mins walk or 5minutes via car. I asked for extra towels and the staff was helpful enough to give them without fuss. A huge plus was that I could have my packages delivered to the property while I was out. A few recommendations to elevate the stay. There should be a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Also liquid hand soap should be provided by the bathroom sink. The coffee station in the lobby should have a bin next to it to prevent trash being left next to the kettle. Make the microwave more visible or let patrons know of the location. I’d be willing to repeat stay if they put a mini fridge in the room.

I really liked our room, I love the roof top! They have excellent food and service! There is also a patio where you can work. The WiFi is real good and the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is lovely. I really like the fact that we had a TV and a fridge (ideal to keep the water cold). They are super nice and the staff is really attentive

Our group really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel as well as its interior design choices and setup. The hotel was clean. We also liked the fact that it was in a good location in Miami City with many interesting local businesses nearby - I ran into a fantastic family-run Cuban bakery close to the hotel while taking a walk one morning - while still being backstreet enough to be quiet and peaceful without a lot of traffic. The only thing our group didn't like about the hotel was that there was no mini fridge in the room. There was a microwave in the shared lounge/hall that everybody could use though (and it was clean).

Everything is inconvenient. No parking only in the street where maybe 3/4 cars may get a spot in which one is beside a dumpster with huge rats crawling around especially at NIGHT! Room looks clean but you may find dead tiny little ants on your sheets covers & pillows. How they die I wondered till I saw a gigantic bed bug! No fridge No microwave No sliding door for your shower literally packed my belongings & left the establishment
