No querían respetar mi reservacion y el recepcionista muy prepotente, ni siquiera me quiso atender y me dijo que no le importaba la reservacion, estaban llenos y pues que le hiciera como quiera, yo le explique que ya habia pagado en su totalidad la estancia, estuve casi 40 minutos esperando porque estaba dando habitaciones a un grupo, todo el tiempo muy grosero y prepotente, al final si revisó y en efecto yo tenia reservacion pero el queria dar mi habitacion a otra persona.

El hotel está en el centro eso es muy bueno, la atención es también muy buena. Las habitaciones no tanto. Se escucha absolutamente todo, la cama es muy incomoda, el baño deja mucho que desear. Traigan sus toallas, jabón y shampo.

Me pareció un hotel con buena ubicación en el centro de puebla, sin embargo. No había servicio de toallas, y me parece aberrante sabiendo que vas de viaje y lo necesitas, la tina que nos tocó donde nos bañamos estaba sucia, se quedaba el agua estancada, fue bastante incómodo. No sé si lo recomendaría.
