I had 2 significant issues with the King suite with patio. The window and sliding door had no screens. I’d have loved to have them open to enjoy nature sounds and smells as well as fresh air. The second was that the patio wasn’t clean/swept. Like as if it hadn’t been in a while. That said, the customer service was 10 stars! Everyone was attentive and friendly.

Although the hotel appeared to be old on the outside, the rooms were recently upgraded inside. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The only negative was that we had to climb stairs to the third floor because there was no elevator. Also, the bath towels were very thin. However, the price was very reasonable for the area, so we were very satisfied with our stay.
