Great location reasonable value for money

The hotel was very good in letting us leave our bags in the morning before we checked in so was an excellent service. The room was fine and clean however the metal style beds were uncomfortable which wasn’t ideal. The tiles in the bathroom floor were loose but it was all ok for our needs. The other thing that was very good was hotel was right across from the station

Rude front desk man, tiny room, no safe, window right next to a restaurant, super loud hallway, limited storage space, no reception area with tables to wait for check in, overall below average experience, but you get what you pay for. It’s 30 seconds from King’s Cross station and that unfortunately makes it worth staying at.

Was ideal for our 1 night stay as we had an early train to paris and the hotel is literally right across the road from kings cross/st pancreas. Hotel is needing some updating as its looking a bit tired.

Heard some very bad reviews on this hotel (kings cross inn)but when we got there receptionist was great ,it is a little worn in places but it was clean serviced every day and location great for walking into the city , all in all had a great time.

The layover location offers the convenience of being situated adjacent to the station. However, the environment is excessively noisy, and the staff demonstrate a lack of helpfulness. The room was small for a family of 4. The shower was nice and there was unlimited hot water. This is a budget/minimal amenity hotel. This hotel works for a 1 night stay for a family traveling in and around England. We are returning for 1 night before catching our flight home (USA) the next day.

This property is a hostel more than an inn/hotel. Rooms are small with only beds and a bathroom. No extra amenities. This placed served our purposes as a transitional place to stay between travel destinations due to their location directly across the street from Kings Cross Station.

Perfect location which offers the perfect base

The location was fantastic and the hotel offered exactly what was needed for a trip where the premise was simply used as a base. I was a little surprised/unprepared for the additional deposit, but the hotel obviously needs to protect itself. There were no issues with its return. A big thanks to the staff.

It was a cheap room, but it was super noisy and a very very old hotel. I think they are just ticking over until they are acquired and the building is demolished.
